The Okaloosa County Democratic Executive Committee is the county-level work force for the Democratic Party. The DEC is a group of Democrats from all walks of life who provide leadership and structure to the Democratic Party in Okaloosa County, Florida. Our job is to further the philosophy of the Democratic Party at the grassroots level and, most importantly, to provide a forum for aspiring local candidates and ideas.

An informed voter is the best voter. We encourage you to view each page, link, and document and make your decision! Although a plurality (42%) of all Florida voters are Democrats, only 23.2% of the registered voters in Okaloosa County are Democrats. We rank as the number ONE county in Florida with the lowest percentage of registered Democrats. The Okaloosa County DEC needs your support to move out of number one on this statistic!
